1 Introduction

Welcome to jedbaz. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the player") and jedbaz ("the platform", "we", "us"). By accessing jedbaz at jedbaz.net, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all players using the jedbaz platform, including those accessing jedbaz via the mobile website or the jedbaz app. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the jedbaz platform.

Jedbaz reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of jedbaz after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the jedbaz platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming platforms.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on jedbaz or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or a business entity when registering a personal account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Jedbaz takes age verification seriously. If there is any reason to believe that a player is under 18, jedbaz will suspend the account pending verification and may permanently close it if the player cannot confirm their age with valid documentation.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one jedbaz account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jedbaz login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Jedbaz will never contact you by phone or email to ask for your password. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the jedbaz support team immediately.

• One account per player — no exceptions.
• All registration details must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
• Jedbaz may request identity verification documents at any time.

4 Deposits

Jedbaz accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All three payment methods are fully integrated into the jedbaz platform and deposits are credited to your gaming wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

The minimum deposit amount on jedbaz is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though jedbaz reserves the right to apply limits to specific accounts where required for compliance or security reasons.

• Deposits are accepted in BDT only.
• Supported methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Minimum deposit: ৳100.
• Deposits are credited instantly after payment confirmation.
• Jedbaz does not charge any fees on deposits.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your gaming wallet.

If a deposit does not appear in your jedbaz wallet within 15 minutes of completing the payment, contact the support team with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt to make a second deposit before the first has been resolved.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your jedbaz account are processed to the same mobile wallet used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent fraud and to ensure that funds are returned to their verified source. Withdrawals to a different wallet than the one used for deposit will not be processed without additional verification.

The minimum withdrawal amount on jedbaz is ৳200. Withdrawal requests submitted before 8:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time are typically processed the same day. Requests submitted after 8:00 PM will be processed the following business day.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200.
• Withdrawals are sent to the same wallet used for deposit.
• Same-day processing for requests submitted before 8:00 PM BST.
• Jedbaz does not charge withdrawal fees.
• Jedbaz may request verification documents before processing large withdrawals.
• Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Jedbaz offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry dates.

General bonus rules that apply across all jedbaz promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each offer.
• Jedbaz reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Players may only claim each bonus offer once unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent activity, including the use of multiple accounts, will be voided and the associated account closed.
• Jedbaz reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

7 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the jedbaz platform — including Mines, Dragon Master, 1001 Nights, Table Tennis, Rooster Rumble, Keno, and Boom Legend — use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RNG used by jedbaz is independently tested and certified to ensure that results are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

Game results are final once confirmed by the jedbaz system. Jedbaz will not reverse a confirmed game result except in the following circumstances:

• A verified technical fault occurred during the round that materially affected the outcome.
• The round was affected by a software error that has been confirmed by the jedbaz technical team.
• The result was generated under conditions that violated the certified RNG parameters.

In the event of a disputed result, the jedbaz system log is the definitive record. Players may request a review of any round by contacting the support team with the relevant round ID and timestamp. Jedbaz will respond to all game dispute requests within 48 hours.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jedbaz platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one jedbaz account.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the jedbaz platform.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the jedbaz platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Abusing the jedbaz bonus system by creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jedbaz staff or other players.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Jedbaz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Reasons for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming policy.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant.

If your jedbaz account is suspended, you will be notified by the support team. In cases where suspension is due to a suspected breach of these Terms, jedbaz may withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be released in full.

Players who wish to close their own jedbaz account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be processed as a standard withdrawal to the player's registered mobile wallet.

10 Privacy and Data

Jedbaz collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering on jedbaz, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Jedbaz will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data collected during registration and gameplay is used solely for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes.

11 Responsible Gaming

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jedbaz is not liable for:

• Any loss of winnings caused by technical faults outside jedbaz's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind arising from use of the jedbaz platform.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss arising from a player's breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits jedbaz's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Changes to These Terms

Jedbaz may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jedbaz will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date.

If you continue to use the jedbaz platform after the effective date of any update, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using jedbaz and contact the support team to close your account.
